FULL DAY TRAINING IS AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH ONLY..
Administering the exams for On-Line Certifications can be done at a convenient testing center or I can schedule a time and location to administer the exam myself.
Indiana State Dept of Health recognizes the following certification exams:
Thomson Prometric Certified Professional Foodservice Manager (CPFM)
ServSafe
National Registry of Food Service Professionals
I am certified to teach all three exams, but since all three exams are based on the same information (FDA 2005 Food Code), I normally teach the CPFM material because I can save my clients valuable $ Dollars $ AND provide the knowledge and certification required by the State Health Dept.
