A complete certification course completed at your pace and on your time schedule.
Utilize the on line study guide to prepare for the exam. Use the on line quizzes to monitor your progress and for additional preparation. Once you are confident and ready, schedule the exam at a testing center near you.
You will know the results immediately following the exam and with a passing score, your certificate will be mailed to you.
In the event of a score below 70% (Indiana) the exam will need to be retaken before a certificate can be issued.
If it is necessary to retake the exam:
You can elect to retake the exam on line as the first attempt. The fee to retake the exam in this fashion is $85.00.
You are welcome to sit in on any scheduled class and take the exam. The fee to retake the exam in this fashion is $55.00.
On Line exams and courses must be paid before beginning the course or exam. You are welcome to utilize the on line study guide prior to registering but a log in and password is required to access the quiz section. Upon registering and payment I will send your log in and password along with a .PDF file of the study guide. Your log in and password will expire when you pass the exam. You are free to print the study guide if you like or I can download it to Staples or Kinko’s. They will produce a spiral bound booklet for you for approximately $7.00.
This course is available only with the Prometric or National Registry Exam. The location /proximity of testing centers will determine which exam is used. ServSafe is not available at testing centers.
