II want to thank you for your very educational, informative re-certification class on Monday, May 4, 2009. I especially appreciated the safe food-handling review, based on your Certification Study Guide and the Indiana State Department of Health Food Code (410 IAC 7-24), prior to giving the test. I think there was a general class consensus that this was the "way to go," and all the class participants appreciated the memory-refresh, as did I. My Food Safety Training is based on the FDA 2005 Food Code as specified by the Indiana State Dept of Health. My training course agenda is developed using materials and exams provided by Thomson Prometric, one of three companies accredited by the State of Indiana and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for satisfying certification requirements.
I have an 8 hr comprehensive course, a review / refresher course for re-certification and a complete on line course with on line exam.
I provide a study guide at no charge. It is available on my website and I also down load it to you after registering for a review or full day class if you want a hard copy. I can also download it to your local printer and they will produce a spiral bound booklet for you for around $7.00
